A basic course in general safety for your company's travelling employees.
The course reviews potential risks encountered by travelling employees, and instructs them in measures to take against things like assault, theft, burglary, geographically-specific risks and kidnap. It also teaches them about relations with locals, hotel security and how to safeguard valuables while abroad. The course aims to increase the travelling employee’s sense of security by teaching him/her to predict, and thus avoid, potentially dangerous, difficult and unpleasant situations abroad.
The special travel security course is primarily designed for employees about to be stationed abroad for prolonged periods of time.
The course is based on the area where the employee will be stationed or will reside, and reviews the specific risks in the country or geographic area concerned. Similarly, the course reviews any special ethnic characteristics, customs or other factors of importance in terms of safety or health. The course includes a destination analysis prepared by the Analysis Department of European Security Institute.
