Kennet Nordlien, Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Kennet Nordlien is the founder and chief executive officer of the European Security Institute. Kennet is a seasoned security and risk management expert. Based on 14 years of experience in the corporate security industry, he has established a reputation as one of his country’s foremost experts on security matters. His corporate security career spans a number of areas including crisis management, travel and expatriate security. Kennet possesses a broad set of both practical and managerial security competencies, and his extended network gives him an outstanding global reach. Before founding the European Security Institute, he headed one of Denmark’s first security consulting companies, Shield Risk Consulting, which he sold in 2006.
